The Benelux data pipeline
Benelux Lead Database is built on three layers, in this order:
- Public business registries. Every Benelux country runs a state-operated business registry — Handelsregister, KVK, Companies House, Registrų Centras, etc. These are the source of truth for "is this company active and registered."
- Public filings + corporate updates. Annual reports, board appointments, address changes, ownership changes — published as official gazette entries or open-data feeds.
- Verification + enrichment. Email verification (SMTP-level), phone validation, LinkedIn URL matching, technology stack detection, hiring signal aggregation.

Email verification methodology
Every Benelux email goes through SMTP-level verification before landing on a record. We re-verify the entire Benelux dataset on a rolling weekly schedule. Across the live Benelux dataset, 97% of emails return as deliverable or catch-all-safe.
Crucially: when a Benelux contact changes job, we flag it on the record. Other vendors quietly let stale emails accumulate; we surface the staleness so your reps don't waste touches.
What's not in our data
To be clear about scope:
- We don't sell scraped LinkedIn profiles. Every contact is anchored to a real Benelux business registry record.
- We don't sell consumer data. Benelux Lead Database is B2B-only, every contact has a corporate email or business phone.
- We don't sell intent data sourced from third-party tracking pixels. The "signals" we surface (hiring, funding, tech adoption) come from public sources.

Every record in Benelux Lead Database is sourced from public business records — legitimate-interest grounds for B2B outreach under GDPR. Source trail is preserved on every record. We honour opt-outs within 24 hours. Every Benelux country we cover, we comply with locally.
