Benelux Lead Database (beneluxleaddatabase.com) is a Clevenio product. By using the website or the Benelux Lead Database product you agree to these terms.
Subscription & billing
- Plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on the pricing page.
- Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle.
- 14-day money-back guarantee on the first month's payment if the data doesn't fit your use case.
Acceptable use
You may not use Benelux Lead Database data to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email outside the limits of applicable B2B email law
- Resell the raw data to third parties
- Train AI models on the data without prior written agreement
- Conduct automated harvesting beyond the rate limits of your plan
Data rights
Contact data in Benelux Lead Database is sourced from public business records. We honour opt-outs within 24 hours. If a contact in your export asks to be removed, notify us and we'll suppress that contact across the dataset.
Service-level expectations
We aim for 99.9% uptime on the API and web app. Planned maintenance is announced 48 hours in advance. Refunds for downtime are at our discretion and typically issued as service credits.
Liability
Benelux Lead Database is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost revenue from outbound campaigns.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the Helsinki District Court unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced 30 days in advance by email and on the website.
